I ask that you please reschedule 48 hours prior to your appointment. ALL cancellations within a 24-48 hour window will be charged 50% of the service. ALL cancellations under 24 hours and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service. Deposits: all deposits are nonrefundable. If you choose to cancel or reschedule under 48 hours, you will have to pay a new deposit to rebook an appointment and you’ll be charged the cancellation fee which will include the deposit that’s been paid. If you move your appointment before the 48 hour mark, your deposit will remain on your account and can still be used towards your appointment No show will be charged after 15 minutes past your appointment time and will be charged 100% of the service scheduled If you are over 15 minutes late but still show up, you will be charged a late fee or could be asked to reschedule and charged a no show fee. Refund Policy: All services are non refundable. Once a hair service is completed, the client cannot receive a refund for the service. If you have concerns about your service, contact stylist within one week after service completion to discuss potential adjustments.
